Our company’s ownership, management and staff is taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously, and we have a dedicated a team to monitor and manage this difficult situation. Our goal is to keep our employees and their families protected as best possible to enable us to provide our customers with uninterrupted service. During this time, we have put several new procedures and practices in place to support these efforts. Our goal is to be flexible and have, therefore, given our non-direct production employees the ability to work remotely in order to limit their exposure and the possible spread of the virus.
We are working with our supply chain partners to identify potential risk in disruption with corrective actions, where necessary. We will continue to monitor any risks to our supply chain and take the appropriate measures to mitigate these risks.
As our valued customer, we want you to be confident that we are here to support you and assure that you can continue to count on uninterrupted support for the orders that you have entrusted us to fulfill. Recognizing this remains a fluid situation, our team is communicating daily to assess our COVID-19 business continuity plans and performing a continual review of its effectiveness to assure we are meeting our obligations to you.
We will continue to monitor Local and Federal Government mandates, as well as World Health Organization recommendations, for any directives that could affect our business.
